Put the energy into things you want.

  • It is just hard to plenty of people to see among their favorite sport businesses languish like Animal Crossing Items this, myself included. It seems like you're cheated purchasing this system and hardly any significant franchise/AAA titles are released on it.

I agree. Can it be Iwata dying? Reggie leaving? Or only an overall shift in business attitude? It is really disappointing. I'm not really into Xbox and PS, I've always been a Nintendo fan girl. I used to love the way they seemed to care about creating fun games rather than only cash. It just feels as though the spark has gone. I hope it comes back. .

Completely agree. I had been confident that Nintendo would understand the expectations which would come with announcing a 50 minute general direct rather than using the"mini" qualifier or even just doing many of these statements via twitter like they have been performing for the last year. They sincerely appear to believe that direct was worth the year+ wait and we still haven't gotten any advice on major franchises such as you said, and finally obtained a 2022 date to get a sequel to a game that really does not need you. Splatoon 2 felt more like an expansion than worthy of becoming a full fledged sequel, but figured they'd do what they do using Smash and kart and release one per match, but today they're just giving us a different one that most likely won't be all that different and probably would have been served as an expansion than a complete online sequel. Meanwhile no Metroid news. Not even a remaster statement which people have been claiming was arriving for like 3 years now I believe.

I saw this comment in another thread about yesterday's Direct and think that it strikes right at home for a lot of the people commenting here. To everyone thats complaining about how dreadful the Direct was, remind yourself how old you're. I do not doubt at all most of you who are whining are young adult/adult gamers. In addition, I think a good deal of you once more had wayyy too high of expectations. You all need to remember that Nintendo's focused demographic are kids, families, and casual gamers. While they have thrown more older /"hardcore" players a few names such as BOTW, Fire Emblem, as well as the bonus levels in Odyssey, one of their main focuses are having gameplay that is accessible for as many people as you can.

Being angry about things that don't exist sounds really exhausting and sad to me personally. Why not people just play games they enjoy? I'll never have time and money to play with all of the Buy Nook Miles Ticket excellent games available. I just don't understand why being angry is indeed important to a people. If you do not like something, don't think about it. Stop caring. Put the energy into things you want.
